Delivery times may vary but we do our best to ship most products within 1-2 business days.. Some of our products are custom made to order so please allow the approximate time noted in those product descriptions.
We offer ground shipping on all orders with the exceptions on some furniture and other larger items, which require special freight delivery. The items that require special freight delivery will require additional shipping costs; additional costs are noted in product descriptions. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer so in the case of an item being backordered we will notify our customer immediately of the delay in shipment.

International Shipping Rates including Hawaii & Alaska will be calculated upon our receipt of the order. Bella Jade's website does not calculate international shipping rates at time of purchase. The shipping rate will be charged upon approval of customer, and your order will not ship until you have approved all costs. Bella Jade will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order to confirm shipping rates. All international orders are subject to review, so it is best to contact us a head of time before placing an international order.

Returns & Exchanges:

We pride ourselves with excellent customer service so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it. Please make note: Custom made orders are non-returnable or refundable. If you have received a product via freight please make written note immediately if this item has arrived damaged or is defective. Making this immediate note helps to eliminate any sort of manufacture confusion will the item is returned. Please note: Custom made and personalized items are not returnable. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
